This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 808live platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to all terms stated herein.
These terms take effect from the date you register an account or first access the 808live platform.

Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 808live will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by user negligence. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- You must use the platform only for lawful and permitted purposes.
- You are prohibited from using automated software, bots or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- You may not share, transfer or allow any other person to use your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all transactions made from your account are legitimate and authorised by you.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 808live platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX internet banking (including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and other supported banks), and manual bank transfer. 808live is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are typically processed immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Withdrawals are subject to security review and identity verification processes, which may take time to complete. 808live reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or a breach of terms. All withdrawal requests must be made to an account registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 808live are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the promotion's launch. 808live reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Platform's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
808live reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during account registration or verification.
- Use of malicious software, bots or unauthorised methods.
- Behaviour that disrupts or threatens other users or platform staff.
Account Closure by User
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 808live support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete, subject to the applicable withdrawal policy. 808live is not liable for any losses arising from an account closure requested by the user.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
808live shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical failures or game outcomes. This platform is provided "as is" and 808live makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
